This product comes with a 7-day satisfaction period (this is not a trial period).
Returns are only accepted if the item is brand new, unused, and in its original, intact packaging. Items that have been fitted to a seat, or show signs of indentation, hair, odour, or any other evidence of use, cannot be returned.
Please note: as a headrest pillow comes into direct contact with the body, we strongly recommend confirming your requirements before installation to protect your right to return.
**For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened items unless the product is faulty. Thank you for your understanding.
