This product comes with a 7-day inspection period (this is not a trial period).
Returns are accepted only when the item is brand new, unused, and in its original, intact packaging. Items that have been fitted to a seat, or show any signs of use such as indentations, hair, odours, or other marks, cannot be accepted for return.
Please note: as a car headrest pillow comes into direct personal contact, we strongly advise you to confirm your requirements before fitting, to ensure your right to return is not affected.
*For hygiene and safety reasons, once opened, this product cannot be returned unless it is found to be faulty. Thank you for your understanding.
