Returns are accepted only if the item is unused and in its original, intact packaging. Items that have been fitted to a seat, or show any signs of use such as indentations, hair, odour, or other marks, cannot be accepted for return.
Please note: As a car headrest is a personal-contact product, we recommend confirming your requirements before installation to protect your right to return.
